THE PROBLEM
New elevator schematics conflicted with the piping for the hospital’s oxygen bulk tank, so the supply had to be disconnected and rerouted.
WHAT NEXAIR DID
Advised a temporary Emergency Oxygen Supply Connection with a nexAir owned oxygen trailer, and stayed on site through the changeover.
THE RESULT
13 continuous hours on site. Supply reconnected by the next morning.

THE PROBLEM
A cylinder-based model created overcrowded storage, repeated cylinder handling, and gaps in production between deliveries.
WHAT NEXAIR DID
Moved them to microbulk — a 1,000L argon tank and a 750lb carbon dioxide tank, with telemetry to monitor levels and signal refills.
THE RESULT
Fewer deliveries to manage, workspace reclaimed, and manual cylinder swaps eliminated.

THE PROBLEM
Frequent deliveries and cylinder handling were driving cost and congestion at a full-service machining and fabrication shop.
WHAT NEXAIR DID
Surveyed the system for leaks, then upgraded to bulk — a 9,000gal nitrogen tank, trifecta system, and 1,500gal oxygen tank.
THE RESULT
Deliveries dropped from three times a week to three times a month, in a safer and less congested facility.
